  • In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety, sanitation and distancing measures are currently in effect at this property in the interest of our guests & staff. Certain facilities including ROOM SERVICE may be restricted or limited and guests are encouraged to report at the reception desk if they are in need of such service.
  • The rates are for room only and any extra including breakfast and late/early check in/out can be booked at the time of checking in.
  • Street Parking is restricted & subjected to availability on arrival. For longer hours Pay & display also available 5 mins walk away.
  • All the bookings made online via website other than our own website, has to be contacted with respective website for any modification or cancellation requests. 
  • We request our Guest to notify us in writing for any modification or cancellations by sending an email on oakleahotel@gmail.com. Telephonic calls are not considered a formal notice of suc request and thus are not auto-approved.
  • We do not accommodate Hen or Stag parties or a group of more than six adults.
  • Bookings made in breach of such policies are liable to be cancelled straightaway with full cost being charged.
  • The hotel reserve the right to Pre-authorise credit/debit cards at the time of reservation or few days prior to arrival. This includes for the "Pay On Arrival" type reservations. The purpose is not to charge the card but to validate them to cover cancellation cost only if applicable.
